Scope and definition

  • “Reschedule” means changing the original service date/time.
  • “Cancellation of appointment” means cancelling the service at that time without immediately booking a new appointment.
  • “No-show” means not receiving service without prior notice.
  • “Package/Program” means a set of services as specified.
  • “Voucher” is the right to redeem services/discounts according to the conditions printed on the card.
  • “Promotion/privilege” means a discount or free gift from a marketing activity.

1) Refund

  • No refund For services that have already been received or have already been initiated
  • Purchased packages/programs Refunds are only available if the doctor clearly diagnoses that the service is not available. By showing a medical certificate
  • Promotions/Discounts/Freebies/Special Privileges from the campaign Non-refundable
  • Refund method: Refund to the original card or transfer to the payer's account only (no cash refunds)
  • Refund period: within 7–14 Business days From the date of refund approval (depending on the card issuing bank)
  • There may be Payment service provider/exchange rate fees Which cannot be recovered

2) Postponement or cancellation of an appointment (Rescheduling & Cancellations)

  • Notification of postponement/cancellation in advance 24 hour: No loss of rights/No fees
  • Advance notice < 24 hour (Late cancel): The center reserves the right. cut 1 right In that package or charge fee 50% Service price (in case of single service)
  • No-show: The center reserves the right. cut 1 Full rights Or collect 100% Service price
  • In case of force majeure/medical emergency: Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate evidence.

3) Transfer of service rights

  • You can transfer the package rights to others. By notifying the officials at least in advance 24 hour With recipient information
  • Transferred rights Must pass a suitability assessment by a doctor If it is a service that requires a medical indication

4) Packages and vouchers

  • Cannot be exchanged/converted to cash. In all cases
  • No refund Except in cases where there are medical contraindications according to Section 1

5) Payment terms and currency

  • Payments made in different currencies/different cards will be referred to Payment service provider exchange rates and fees On the date of the transaction

6) General requirements

  • Consideration of all cases related to refund/postpone/cancel/transfer of rights is as follows: Medical discretion and standards of the center
  • Center We reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice. and shall be applicable to purchases/appointments made after the announcement date.
  • The dispute is under Thai law and considered in Thai courts
